Scratching the walls of our popular Canarian architecture, layers and layers of color emerge that truly are pages of our history.
That of islands that once served as a link between the Old and New Worlds, leaving their mark on our walls...
I decided to build wooden panels on which I created a background to support layers and layers of our color story.
Then, using palette knives and blades instead of brushes, I peeled back the layers to uncover the accumulated experiences…
