Booking process
Reserving a work is not the same as purchasing it: it means removing it from the catalog while the acquisition is being considered. From there, the process continues directly with the review.
-
1
The work
Each artwork's entry includes its year, series, technique, dimensions, catalog reference, and price, along with a scale reference showing its actual size as it would appear hung on a wall.
-
2
The reservation
With €100, the work is removed from the catalog while you consider the purchase. The amount is fully deducted from the final price and payment is made through the store's secure gateway.
-
3
The work has been withdrawn.
From that moment on, the item is marked as reserved and is no longer available to anyone else.
-
4
Conversation with the studio
The studio will be in contact to resolve any questions you may have regarding the work: its state of conservation, its history, its installation, or its provenance.
During that same conversation, the method of payment for the outstanding balance and the deadlines are agreed upon. There are no forms or intermediaries: we speak and we agree.
-
5
Contract and documentation
A sales contract is being prepared between you and Facundo Fierro.
The artwork is delivered accompanied by a certificate of authenticity hand-signed by the artist and an insurance valuation issued by the studio, so that you may insure the piece for its value from day one.
-
6
Packaging, transport and insurance
Each artwork is professionally packed, using materials appropriate for an original piece.
Transport is carried out by a service specializing in artwork and is insured throughout the entire journey. It is quoted according to the destination, and the quote is presented to you before contracting it.

7
Delivery
The delivery date and payment of the outstanding balance are coordinated as agreed. The work arrives with all its documentation.
Preguntas frecuentes
What happens if I don't go through with it in the end?
You have 14 calendar days from the payment of the reservation to withdraw, with a full refund of the €100 and without the need to justify the reason. The work returns to the catalog.
How long does the reservation hold the work?
The reservation keeps the work withdrawn from the catalog for 30 days. After this period, if the purchase has not been formalized or an extension agreed upon, the work will be made available again.
How long will it take to receive a response?
The studio will contact you in the days following your booking, by email or phone, depending on your preference.
Can the work be viewed in person?
Yes. Write to the studio to arrange a visit. A large part of the work is located in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
How is authenticity verified?
Each work is hand-signed by Facundo Fierro and delivered with a certificate of authenticity issued and signed by him, in the buyer's name. The artist personally creates and signs each certificate.
Who assumes the risk during transport?
The artwork travels insured. Insurance is purchased together with the specialized transport and covers the journey until delivery.
Does the price include shipping?
No. The price is for the artwork itself. Specialized shipping and insurance are quoted separately based on the destination and are communicated to you before being contracted.
