In 1988, as the streets of Santa Cruz burned with drums and masks, Facundo Fierro sought to capture the heartbeat of Carnival in a plate. Layer upon layer of etching, two silhouettes emerged, sun yellow and fuchsia magenta, swirling within a sea of ​​red and black, like bodies illuminated by the last streetlight of the night.
